Text Giving

Text Giving provides another means for TC3 donors to give to TC3 CHURCH quickly, and easily. Different from Pushpay's Text Engagement feature, which utilizes your custom giving link, Text Giving allows TC3 donors to give to TC3 CHURCH through text messaging.

How do users give via text?

First time with Text Giving:

  1. Text “TC3" and "Amount” to 77977 (eg. TC3 50)

  2. Tap link to complete one-time registration.

  3. Confirm Amount and Giving Type > tap Next.

  1. Confirm payment method > tap Give.

  2. TC3 Donor will receive a confirmation text and email for their donation.

Subsequent use of Text Giving:

  1. Text “Amount” to 77977 (eg. 50)

  2. TC3 Donor will receive a confirmation text and email for their donation.

How do donors give to a fund?

TC3 Donors can text “TC3 + Amount + Fund Name” or “TC3 + Amount + Fund Initial” to 77977. (eg. “TC3 + 50 + Missions” or “TC3 + 50 + M”)

Please Note: After their first donation, TC3 donors only need to text “Amount + Fund Name” to give to a fund.

Tip: Texting a fund's initial only works after one-time registration has been completed

Can TC3 donors cancel/refund a gift?

Text Giving currently supports the keyword “Undo”. If the TC3 donor sends “Undo” to 77977, they will receive a message informing them to contact your organization to ask for a refund. Your organization will then need to work with them directly to refund that gift.
