Treasure Coast Community Church (TC3) was born from a deep desire to create a place where the disenfranchised, unchurched, dechurched, skeptics, and seekers could find a home and connect to the life-changing power of Jesus Christ. What began as a vision over 30 years ago continues today, as we remain committed to welcoming those on the margins and connect them to Christ’s transformative love.
Treasure Coast Community Church grew from humble beginnings in a living room, founded by Pastor Steven Jestor with a mission to be a “church for the unchurched.” As the church embraced a “come as you are” philosophy, it quickly expanded, moving to a movie theater to accommodate growth. Supported by Palm Beach Community Church and Dr. Ray Underwood, TC3 continued to thrive, establishing itself as a welcoming and accessible place for all.
The church’s welcoming “come as you are” approach quickly resonated with the community, leading to rapid growth and a move to a local movie theater to accommodate the increasing congregation. By 1999, the expanding church needed more space and relocated to the Winn-Dixie Plaza. As growth continued, TC3 moved again in 2001 to a secluded building on Palmetto Drive , providing a dedicated space for worship and community activities.
Between 2003 and 2018, Treasure Coast Community Church (TC3) experienced significant growth under new lead pastor Gordon Mularski, who brought fresh vision and direction. As the congregation expanded, the church purchased a former racquetball club in 2014, converting it into the Family Building for additional ministry space. In 2015, TC3 launched TC3.Live to boost digital outreach, and in 2018, broke ground on a new Worship Center to support the growing community and enhance worship experiences.
In 2018, Miles Hunter joined the staff at TC3 as the Student Pastor, bringing energy and dedication to the church’s youth program. Over the next several years, his leadership contributed to the growth and vitality of the congregation, setting the stage for a significant transition. In 2024, after a period of discernment and opportunity, Miles Hunter was appointed as the Lead Pastor, marking the beginning of a new era for the church and continuing its journey of faith and community impact of Connecting People to the Life Changing Power of Jesus Christ.
