Next-Gen Director
The NextGen Director leads TC3 Students and Young Adults in pursuing spiritual growth, authentic community, and kingdom purpose. This role exists to equip the next generation to follow Jesus for life— helping students and young adults know God, find belonging, and live sent. The director leads with prayerful discernment and relational presence while operating with strong administrative discipline. They balance pastoral care with high-level leadership—building teams, systems, and strategies that empower others to lead and multiply. This role requires both creativity and consistency, guiding two distinct environments under one unified mission.
Marketing and Communications Director
The Marketing & Communications Director helps Treasure Coast Community Church communicate the story of Jesus with clarity, consistency, and creativity. This role leads with prayerful discernment and a deep love for people—ensuring that every piece of communication reflects the mission, voice, and heart of TC3. Balancing creative innovation with operational discipline, the director develops systems that keep our message focused and effective across all platforms. They lead from a place of spiritual overflow, guiding teams to tell meaningful stories, build engagement pathways, and create communication rhythms that serve the mission rather than compete with it.
Guest Services Director
The Guest Services Director ensures every guest and member of TC3 experiences a warm, welcoming, and spiritually meaningful encounter from the moment they arrive on campus until they leave. This role leads all volunteer teams that shape the first impression and ongoing connection experience, creating an environment where people feel seen, known, and valued. They embody relational warmth, spiritual discernment, and operational excellence—balancing heartfelt ministry with structured execution.
Production Pastor
The Production Pastor provides both technical leadership and spiritual oversight to ensure distraction-free, Spirit-led worship experiences at Treasure Coast Community Church. This role exists to help people connect with Jesus through excellence in sound, lighting, broadcast, and visual environments. The Production Pastor leads a team of volunteers and staff who serve behind the scenes but lead from the heart—creating systems of excellence that enable powerful, authentic worship. They balance the technical and the spiritual, leading with humility, prayer, and preparation so that every production element supports the mission of connecting people to the life-changing power of Jesus Christ.
